Banana Berry Smoothie




Ingredients: *
  • 1/4 cup frozen berries
  • 3 baby bananas or 1 cup worth
  • 1 tsp. (or 2 tsp. if you are comfortable with the taste) Sea moss blend 
  • 2 Tbsp walnuts or 1 Tbsp walnut butter (optional) - use sesame seeds if you have a nut-allergy
  • 1 to 1.5 cup spring water or young coconut water with our without soft jelly coconut
  • 4 cubes of ice (optional)
  • 2-3 Tablespoons agave (or preferred sweetener i.e. Date sugar, dates, agave is used to mask the taste of the sea moss.)
*Sweetener will help to balance the taste of the Irish moss blend. 

Equipment:
  • Blender or food processor
Method:
  1. Add water into blender.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp nut butter (if using), berries, bananas and sea moss.
  3. Blend for 3 minutes on high and serve.
  4. Add more water if necessary for desired texture.
