Sesame Rice


Ingredients: *

  • 3/4 cup wild rice measured cooked (see recipe)
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seed oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1 tsp ginger (fresh)
  • green onions (optional) to garnish


  1. Cook forbidden rice and set aside. 
  2. Mix the sesame seed oil and grated ginger and sesame seeds into the rice and stir.
  3. Cover and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
