Here's a simple recipe to make milk from seeds and nuts. First you'll want to make the seed or nut butter.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of nuts or seeds (i.e. Brazilian Nut, Hempseed, Raw Sesame Seeds or Walnuts)
 - 6 cups water
 - sea salt (optional)
 - vanilla (optional)
 - sweetener to taste (optional)

If using nut or seed butter use 1 Tbsp. per 1 cup of water.
- Blender (or food processor)
 - Large glass jar (to keep the milk refrigerated)

- Pour 5 cups of water into the glass jar.
 - Blend the remaining 1 cup water with 3/4 nuts or seeds.
 - Blend for 3 minutes.
 - Remove from blender, pour into the glass jar and stir.
 - Add additional ingredients (if using) and stir again.
 - Place in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.

*oil separation may occur and is natural during refrigeration.
