Ingredients:
- 1 cup mesclun greens (a type of lettuce)
- 1 apple (chopped)
- 1/4 cup walnuts (or sesame seeds)
- 1/4 cup dates -chopped or minced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Method:
- Rinse mesclum greens and apple thoroughly
- Combine all ingredients and stir gently.
- Eat fresh.
