Ingredients:
- 1 cup Dates (175g) (I used soft medjool dates)
- 1 cup Walnuts (100g) (I used raw walnuts)
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut(I used Bob's Red Mill unsweetened shredded coconut)
- more shredded coconut for garnish
*making your own shredded coconut would taste better since it would be fresh and not dry, containing more coconut oil in each shred.
- Food Processor
Method:
- Remove pits from dates.
- Process all ingredients together slowly until the texture is solid and formable.
- Form into spoonful balls with your hands.
- Sprinkle coconut flakes over the top of the balls.
