In a large bowl pour the cut up ingredients and grape-seed oil and mix well. Pour in a medium-hot pan and sauté.
- Portobello mushroom (slice thick)
- green & red bell peppers
- 1 green onion (scallions)
- 1 or 2 thin slices of red onion
- sprinkle 1/8 to 1/4 tsp of sea salt while stir frying
- add raw leafy greens and serve on toasted bread or flat bread. *I used dandelion greens, they're usually bitter but the flavor evens out in this stir fry sandwich.
