Portobello Mushroom Sandwich






















In a large bowl pour the cut up ingredients and grape-seed oil and mix well. Pour in a medium-hot pan and sauté.
  • Portobello mushroom (slice thick)
  • green & red bell peppers
  • 1 green onion (scallions)
  • 1 or 2 thin slices of red onion
  • sprinkle 1/8 to 1/4 tsp of sea salt while stir frying
  • add raw leafy greens and serve on toasted bread or flat bread. *I used dandelion greens, they're usually bitter but the flavor evens out in this stir fry sandwich.
