Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour (see recipe)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- grape seed oil for skillet (or avocado oil)
Equipment:

Method:
- Whisk together all ingredients, do not leave any bumps. Heat the skillet over medium-high with grape seed oil and pour the batter in.
- Quickly move the batter in the skillet for it to spread thin.
- Cook for a few minutes on each side or until golden brown.
