Chickpea Flour Tortilla - Gluten Free






















Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour (see recipe)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • grape seed oil for skillet (or avocado oil)

Equipment:
  • Skillet

Method: 
  1. Whisk together all ingredients, do not leave any bumps. Heat the skillet over medium-high with grape seed oil and pour the batter in.
  2. Quickly move the batter in the skillet for it to spread thin.
  3. Cook for a few minutes on each side or until golden brown.
*1/2 of chickpea flour yields 3 medium tortillas
