A simple recipe using only two ingredients, dates and walnuts.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (175 g) Dates (I used soft medjool dates)
- 1 cup (100 g) Walnuts (I used raw walnuts or brazil nuts)
- Food Processor
Method:
- Remove pits from dates.
- Process all ingredients together slowly until the texture is solid and formable.
- Form into spoonful balls with your hands.
- Sprinkle coconut flakes over the top of the balls.
