Date and Walnut Balls

A simple recipe using only two ingredients, dates and walnuts. 


  • 1 cup (175 g) Dates (I used soft medjool dates) 
  • 1 cup (100 g) Walnuts (I used raw walnuts or brazil nuts) 

  • Food Processor


  1. Remove pits from dates.
  2. Process all ingredients together slowly until the texture is solid and formable.
  3. Form into spoonful balls with your hands. 
  4. Sprinkle coconut flakes over the top of the balls.
