Vegetable Stock
Ingredients:
- 5 green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 cups spring water
Method:
- Place 2 cups of water in a pot with the chopped onions and half of the cilantro.
- Simmer when it reaches boiling point for 15-20 minutes.
- Strain out the onion and pour into a bowl, add half of the cilantro on
top.
- Serve in 10 minutes.
