Vegetable Stock

















Ingredients:

  • 5 green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 cups spring water

Method: 

  • Place 2 cups of water in a pot with the chopped onions and half of the cilantro.
  • Simmer when it reaches boiling point for 15-20 minutes.
  • Strain out the onion and pour into a bowl, add half of the cilantro on top.
  • Serve in 10 minutes.
