Nut Porridge

















Ingredients:*



  • 1 tsp Irish moss blend
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or brazil nuts
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (see recipe)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice 
  • pinch of sea salt


Method:
  1. Blend nuts with coconut milk until smooth mixture. 
  2. Add to a pot with water and boil for 15 minutes. 
  3. Add vanilla and sea salt for the next 20 minutes. 
  4. Sweeten with agave or date sugar and stir.
