Ingredients:
- Dry chickpeas/garbanzo beans (not canned)
Equipment:
- Blender
Method:
- Pour 1 cup of dried chickpeas into a dry blender.
- Blend on high for 5 minutes.
- Sift out the flour into a large bowl.
- Pour the part the larger chunks back in the blender.
- Repeat until all the flour has sifted through.
