Wakame Sea Vegetable Salad
Ingredients:
1 oz dried wakame
1/4 cup green onions/scallions (not chives)
1/2 to 1 Tbsp sesame seed oil (or avocado oil)
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp agave (or preferred sweetener)
1 tsp ginger (finely grated)
1/4 tsp key lime or sour orange (optional)
Method:
Soak wakame in water for 5 minutes.
If you wish cut the wakame in strips of 1/2 inch.
Drain the water.
In a separate bowl, mix and stir together the sesame seed oil, agave and ginger.
Taste and add seasoning if needed.
