Here's a simple way to get those greens into your system without much effort. Dandelion greens and red kale are at the top of the leafy greens list for nutrition.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup minced Dandelion Greens or Red Kale (or a combination of both)
- 1 tsp of Irish moss blend
- 3 Tbsp spring water
- Pinch of dill (optional)
- Pinch of allspice powder (optional)

Method:
- Rinse the greens well.
