Green Smoothie

















Here's a simple way to get those greens into your system without much effort. Dandelion greens and red kale are at the top of the leafy greens list for nutrition. 



Ingredients:


  • 3/4 cup minced Dandelion Greens or Red Kale (or a combination of both)
  • 1 tsp of Irish moss blend
  • 3 Tbsp spring water
  • Pinch of dill (optional)
  • Pinch of allspice powder (optional)
Equipment:
  • Blender
Method:
  1. Rinse the greens well. 
  2. Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth enough to drink.
