Guacamole


Making guacamole is as simple as it gets. Here we'll show you the simplest way and a more complex way of making it.




Ingredients:

1 small hass avocado (ripe)
sea salt

Method:

Cut the avocado in half. Remove the skin and seed. Place the avocado into a bowl and mash lightly with a fork. Add a pinch of sea salt and lightly stir. Serve to eat.

To make a more fancy guacamole simply stir add a pico de gallo recipe.
