Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients: *
4 Romaine lettuce leaves
1 Cucumber
2 Green Onion/Scallions (not chives)
1/2 Red bell pepper - or green bell pepper
1 Handful Fresh cilantro
Kelp Noodles (sea vegetable)


4 toothpicks (optional)

Cut the peppers, cucumbers and green onions into matchsticks.
Open the lettuce and place an equal amount of each into one roll.
Place a pinch of kelp noodles (if using).
Roll up, tucking in both
sides of each wrap as it is rolled.
Secure with toothpick.

Yields 4 wraps
