Green bananas, mashed with sautéed onions.
Green Bananas (Boiled)
Ingredients:
- 3 green bananas (or green burro bananas)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 4 cups spring water
Method:
- In the rice cooker or pot bring water to boil.
- Rinse the green bananas cut the ends to throw out.
- Cut the remaining parts into 4 parts and enter them into the pot/rice cooker for 20 minutes or until soft enough to easily pierce with a fork.
- Remove from water. Peel off the skin (it should come off easily.)
- Mash to desired texture.
Serve hot as a side dish.
