DIY Homemade Chickpea/Garbanzo Flour



When it comes to using flour chickpea/garbanzo flour is amongst the best and it's affordable. We show you how simple it is to make gluten-free chickpea flour which we've used for  pastries, tortillas, breakfast pancakes, scallion pancakes and all other flour recipes.


Ingredients:
  • Dry chickpeas/garbanzo beans (not canned)

Equipment:

  • Blender

Method:
  1. Pour 1 cup of dried chickpeas into a dry blender.
  2. Blend on high for 5 minutes.
  3. Sift out the flour into a large bowl.
  4. Pour the part the larger chunks back in the blender.
  5. Repeat until all the flour has sifted through.
