Ingredients: *
- 1/4 cup frozen berries
- 3 baby bananas or 1 cup worth
- 1 tsp. (or 2 tsp. if you are comfortable with the taste) Sea moss blend
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds (hemp seeds are one of the best plant-based sources for omega 3, you can also use raw walnuts)
- 1 to 1.5 cup spring water or young coconut water with or without soft jelly coconut
- 4 cubes of ice (optional)
- 2-3 tsp. agave (or preferred sweetener i.e. Date sugar, dates, sweetener is used to mask the taste of the sea moss.)
*Sweetener will help to balance the taste of the Irish moss blend.
