Melon Smoothie



















One ingredient melon smoothie with all the fiber. 
Did you know you could make a one ingredient smoothie? I really enjoy making simple recipes, they're always healthy and easy to digest. Some of the fiber will be blended but it's still contained, this is the difference between a smoothie and a juice; which contains any fiber.


Ingredients:
  • 1 melon (honeydew, cantaloupe or watermelon)
Equipment: 
  • Blender

Method:
  1. Cut the melon and remove its seeds. 
  2. Fit 1/4 of the melon in the blender and blend. 
  3. Pour out half of the melon and continue to add melon to blend.
