This seamoss date shake just uses a few dates, nuts (or seeds) and a little sweetener to taste. It's just another way to get sea moss or Irish moss into your system. The taste is smooth and the texture works perfectly when blending the sea moss with the nuts/seeds first.
Ingredients:
- 5-7 dates (pitted)
- 2-3 tsp. sea moss powder blend
- 2-1/4 cup spring water
- 2 Tbsp. walnuts (or other nut or seed i.e. brazil nuts, hempseed, sesame seeds)
- 1-3 tsp. agave (or 100% pure maple syrup)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Method:
- Blend nuts and sea moss together (without water)
- Add 1 cup water, dates, vanilla (if using) and agave
- Blend on high until smooth, 1-2 minutes
- Add the remaining water and blend for 5 seconds
