Herbal Ice Tea

Herbal Ice Tea (Cold Brew)

3 tsp raspberry leaves (dried) or the herb Tila or a combination of both
3 cups spring water
2 tbsp agave (or preferred sweetener)

Glass jar

Add 3 tsp of lemongrass or raspberry leaves, place in a glass jar in the refrigerator overnight. Strain into your drinking cup and sweeten with 2 tbsp maple syrup.

Yields 3 cups
