Guacamole Salsa Wrap

Guacamole and Pico de Gallo salsa wrapped in chickpea tortillas making this recipe gluten-free. The chickpea tortillas are made with chickpea flour that can be made right at home with a blender. Chickpea flour has multiple uses and is a great discovery for those on a gluten free diet, it is also easily affordable to make home made chickpea flour.

Ingredients: *

  • Guacamole: 1 hass avocado, sea salt (see recipe)
  • Pico de Gallo Salsa: 4 plum tomatoes, 1/2 cup cilantro, 1/2 cup red onion, sea salt (see recipe)
  • Chickpea Tortilla: 1/2 cup chickpea flour, sea salt (see recipe)

  1. Once the tortilla is cooked.
  2. Spread guacamole on one half of the tortilla.
  3. Pour pico de gallo salsa on top of the guacamole and fold.
