 Revolving Electric Meal
Mushrooms, boiled green bananas and plum tomato sauce.

This meal is a shortcut and guide to eating electric foods now. It's not complicated, simply choose from the given choices of food by category and make your own meal. 

Below is the procedure to get started on eating electric foods. The photo above is a small example which includes the following:

  • Choose a Grain: Quinoa, Wild Rice (black), Amaranth or Fonio (If you do "not" have a gluten allergy you may choose 100% Kamut pasta or 100% Spelt pasta) 
  • Choose a Mushroom (any except shiitake): Portobello mushrooms, Oyster mushrooms, Brown button mushrooms 
  • Bell peppers (red or green)
  • Red onion
  • Cherry or plum tomatoes
  • Choose a cooking oil: Grape-seed oil (least expensive), avocado oil, hempseed oil, sesame oil (strong flavor)
  • Choose seasoning herbs: Oregano, cayenne pepper, onion powder, sea salt
Note: Make the meal heavier with one of the following, Guacamole, boiled squash, boiled green bananas, leafy green vegetables (sautéed, steamed or raw)

  • Oven
  • Stovetop
  • Pot or rice cooker
  • Glass baking ware or cast iron skillet (preferred)
  • Large bowl
  1. Cook your grain as instructed by the package. 
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350°F / 176°C
  3. Chop the mushrooms, peppers, onion and tomatoes to your liking and drizzle with cooking oil. 
  4. Stir the chopped ingredients in the bowl with oil and seasoning herbs.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes. 
  6. Serve with cooked grain.
